Country Manager Nordics & Baltics

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Leading, supporting and coaching of our product specialist team
  • Common development and coordination of country related marketing activities
  • Planning and implementation of dental events and hands-on courses
  • Cooperation with existing dental dealers, dental chains, universities and key opinion leaders
  • Strategic and operational exchange with our management  at headquarters
  • Analysis of the market development, competitors' and  end users' needs

Your profile:

  • Experience in managing and coaching a team
  • Previous experience in a similar function within the dental industry
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and confidence
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • At least one Nordic language on a native speakers’ level and knowledge of the English language on professional level are mandatory
  • Willingness to extensive travel
