Due to our success and continuous growth, we are looking for a committed and motivated Regional Marketing Consultant to strengthen our team within the Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Croatia region.

Your duties in this position will be:

As a Regional Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies across Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia. This position offers a unique blend of creative and analytical responsibilities, ensuring our brand's representation is both compliant and compelling in the designated markets.

Your tasks will include:

Event and Promotion Management: Serve as the first point of contact for dealers and dental professionals regarding promotions and events. You will organize, manage, and evaluate the success of these initiatives.
Brand Representation and Compliance: Drive and ensure our brand is represented in a manner that is both compliant with our standards and resonates with the local markets. You ensure all marketing activities align with our core values and messaging.
Strategic Linkages: Act as a crucial link between the local markets and our headquarters marketing and controlling departments.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Gather and report information from the market, advertising effectiveness, and competitor analysis. Your findings will inform our sales strategies and advertising efforts, helping us to better meet the needs of our customers.
Dealer Agreements and Marketing Tools: Collaborate with our Country Manager to plan annual dealer agreements. Additionally, you will develop and create innovative marketing tools to support our sales teams, driving growth and enhancing our market position.

Your qualifications:

Professional Experience: Ideal candidates will have a strong background in marketing, PR, and advertising, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Marketing Expertise: You possess a comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, brand management, and market research. Your ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans has consistently led to measurable success.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Romanian, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. Additional language skills in Bulgarian, Slovenian, or Croatian are desirable.
Communication Skills: Your excellent communication skills enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both internally to team members and externally to stakeholders. You are confident in your ability to negotiate and influence others, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and work across the designated regions is crucial.
Team Collaboration: A strong team player, you excel in cross-functional teams and possess the ability to foster collaboration and drive consensus among diverse groups. Your intercultural competence allows you to navigate and thrive in a multicultural work setting.
